Robin
Our Hero! An energetic, driven, and idealistic girl, Robin seeks the Tower of Light, a legendary tower that supposedly leads to the realm of the gods! Gifted with great strength, fortitude, and control of a strange and mysterious power, as well as the vision to see a light no one else can, she's determined to reach the land beyond the sky.​
An orphan of mysterious circumstances, she was told she had been brought to her childhood home alongside two others, one of whom was an odd traveler who left shortly after delivering her and the other, the closest thing to a sibling she would ever know: A boy named Indrajit.

Indrajit who was a few years her senior was Robin's idol and acted as an older sibling, as they shared the dream of one day roving out to perhaps one day, find out where they really are from. Robin was often treated as odd for her uncanny abilities and strange observations, but Indrajit shared her eccentricities and they grew to become as close as any family.
But when Indrajit suddenly leaves, saying he's seeking the Tower of Light, Robin becomes determined to follow in his footsteps both to find him, and to finally find the truth of her past!​​​​​
Geva
A young scholar of the stars and the ancient powers of the old realm​, Geva seeks knowledge of the old world and the power that lies within. After being given a strange pentant that allows her to use the power of the celestial bodies, she seeks answers to the truth of her past, and the past of the world at large!

An outsider in her village, Geva was adopted by a loving family, but due to her differences with the rest of the village she was always kept at a distance, seen as a strange and unsettling girl who had an uncertain past. While difficult, this suited her and after learning to read, she kept to her books, reading old stories of the times before. Eventually, her voracious appetite for knowledge puts her in the sights of an old scholar who lives nearby, and she is taken in as student, learning of the stars and the old world in greater detail than she ever imagined.​​​​

At her coming of age, she is given two things, a pendant her family calls her 'birthright', depicting a wolf beneath shining stars and a waning crescent moon, and her teacher's prized possession: a wand that allows for the mastery of light drawn from the moon and stars. While the wand has never shown any sign of power for the old man, is suddenly springs to life in Geva's hands. Soon after, the old man passes away, leaving all of his things to Geva.

Realizing there is little left for her in her hometown, she sets off on a journey in search of the fabled Tower of Light. Perhaps it will give her the answers she seeks to these age-old mysteries.
